- Arrival preparation --turn lights on and alarm off same day
- Departure duties-- house cleaning, empty dishwasher, laundry, etc.

- Pressure cleaning

- Empty the mailbox for security
Weekly/Biweekly Security Check
- Check that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked
- Inspect all rooms
- Check all water sources for leaks
- Inspect for signs of mold or mildew
- Visually check A.C. units for proper working condition
- Turn 2 lights on each visit, change location(for security)
Seasonal Schedule
- Winterize-- store outdoor furniture and cushions, turn heater on, disconnect water hoses, turn water sources off
- Custom plan for yearly yard care - furtilizers, weed killer, ect.
- Spring -- clean off pollen, window cleaning, pressure washing, clean cushions & put in place
- Pool opening and cleaning
A' la Carte
- Seasonal decorations -- design, installation and removal
- Organize pantry, closets and garage as needed
- Custom gift baskets for special guest
- Planning, organizing, serving private parties of 30 or less
- Essential oils for health and cleaning purposes
- Move-in/set up home, decorate, organize home for family to enjoy
Realtor Listing Services
( For Lake homes only)
- Deep clean
- Stage home/ rearrange for better presentation in pictures online, realtor walk- thru and showings
- Arrange and manage workmen needed
- Maintain home - CUSTOMER FAVORITE weekly/biweekly dust and sweep to keep in perfect order for showings/ security check
- Consultation for speed of sale
- Check for water leaks, any issues that arise
Base prices for cleaning services starting at $150.00. Home management fee is $75.00 hrly. Packages are customized to clients request.
